You will receive a delivery email and a text the following day with links to all of your media as well as instructions on how to download and pay for your media etc, Of course please reach out with any further help or questions when needed.
You will be required to pay once you receive your final delivery email. Payment is required before downloading any media. We also offer a Pay at Close option through our Titus platform, allowing payment to be fronted and then settled at closing
Titus is our secure payment system that allows you to pay for your media once the home closes. Upon approval, Titus will front the cost of your media, and you will settle the balance at closing—or within 6 months, whichever comes first. You can select Pay Now or Pay at Close directly on your invoice at checkout.
If the home is not vacant and the property owner will be there we do ask that you be there as well. However if the home is vacant and you and the owner feel comfortable with us going alone you do not need to attend the shoot.
We are current FAA certified drone operators and follow all FAA guidelines when operating drones in any situation. We cannot fly if the weather or location does not allow for it. If your package includes drone where drones are not allowed we will either issue you a refund or offer you another product in its place.
