6942 W. 68th Place - Real Estate Media
One of my favorite parts of creating real estate media is getting to work directly with agents on camera. Not only does it help them build their personal brand and connect with potential buyers, but the collaboration makes the entire process more fun! 6942 W 68th Place in Arvada, Colorado, was a perfect example of that. Working alongside our agent to capture this property and create an engaging social media video made this project especially enjoyable.
This home was full of surprises! Just when you thought you'd seen everything, another room or living space seemed to appear around the corner. With so much to showcase, it quickly became clear that our originally scheduled 25 photos weren't going to be enough to tell the full story of this property. We wanted to make sure potential buyers could appreciate the space, layout, and features that made this home special.
This project also became a great example of why we encourage our clients to explore our media packages instead of booking everything individually. Our agent had originally scheduled 25 photos and a Premium Social Media Video. We could have simply upgraded the photography to 40 photos, but we recognized an opportunity to offer something better. By switching to our Social Package, he received the additional photography the home needed, kept the premium video he originally wanted, and gained drone photography as well. The best part? He received more media while spending less than he would have by booking those services individually.
At Cornerstone Media Group, our goal goes beyond showing up with a camera and delivering beautiful media. We want to be a partner in our agents' success, helping them make informed decisions about their marketing while creating content that supports their business and personal brand. Whether that's collaborating on camera, recommending the right package, or recognizing when a property needs a little more coverage, we're always looking for ways to bring additional value. This Arvada project was a great reminder that the best results come from working together.
